Harry Coumnas is Responsible for Coordinating a Variety of Activities on Spacecraft

Harry Coumnas, being an astronaut, shares that a career as an astronaut is among the most fascinating and imagination inspiring jobs one can obtain. He is responsible for coordinating a variety of activities on the spacecraft or space station. 

He serves as the mission specialist and his responsibilities include planning the use of foods, planning crew activities relating to life in space or the mission itself, coordinating the completion of on-board experiments or payload operations. He has the extensive knowledge of ship systems and specialize in the specifics of a particular mission. He is directly in charge of the payload and experiments on the mission.

Being the mission specialist, Harry Coumnas physically leaves the confines of the spacecraft and takes part in extravehicular activity. He believes that as an astronaut is a fantasy for millions of people. He is highly skilled to walk the red surface on Mars. He works on space shuttles and trains pilots to fly shuttles and trains other mission specialists to handle other technical astronaut responsibilities.

Apart from space station construction, Harry makes spacewalks and is involved in satellite repair. Besides, he plans missions including the activity of the crew and the management of food and drink supplies. He oversees the experiments if the shuttle carries complex scientific equipment.

Harry Coumnas provides training and support to other shuttle crews and helps assemble ad test equipment. His duties include spacewalks, repair work, medical research, scientific experiments, and docking with arriving spacecrafts.
